After much research, and advice from my German friends. I have had success in completely stopping the nighttime wetting. It takes some vigilance though. We eat at 5pm. We take 1 hour to get ready for bed, starting with a trip to the bathroom, then getting dressed for bed, teeth brushed, book reading. Then prayers and one more trip to the bathroom. Bed at 7pm sharp!!! (Even my almost 8 year old no longer complains and hops right to bed). The trick is to get them well rested enough they wake up to use the bathroom when they need. I've had great success with nighttime wetting, as well as happier children during the day! It took a month, but after that they don't complain about the early bed time anymore.

I had luck with the happy heiny's pocket trainers. I stuffed them with hemp and a one size insert. They ran big when I bought them for my daughter...even at 31/2 if she still wore them the small would still be big on her, although I see they came out with an extra small for the skinny children of the world.
