PROMOTION DESCRIPTION: The “Feed Your Stash Friday” Giveaway promotions begins each Friday at or about *ENTER TIME* Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) and ends the following Thursday at or about *ENTER TIME* EST (“Promotion Period”). By participating in the “Feed Your Stash Friday” Giveaway or in any related acceptance of the Weekly Prize (“Prize”), each “Entrant” or “Winner” unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these “Official Rules” and any decisions of Diaper Junction via Cloth Diaper Blog (“Sponsor”) or affiliates of Sponsor. The Cloth Diaper Blog website is located at (http://www.clothdiaperblog.com) where potential Entrants may find easy access for entry to the promotion. If you do not understand these “Official Rules”, which serve as Terms for the promotion, please do not enter the “Feed Your Stash Friday Giveaway”.

HOW TO ENTER the “Feed Your Stash Friday Giveaway”: The chances are great! There are 12 different ways you can enter each “Feed Your Stash Friday Giveaway”. Read the guidelines within the “Feed Your Stash Friday Giveaway” posts each week to learn the week’s specific requirements.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS: An individual participating in this promotion may be referred to as “Entrant” in these terms, however only those whom maintain requirements and terms of the “Official Rules” are eligible to receive any awarded Prize. The “Feed Your Stash Friday’ Giveaway” online promotion is limited to legal residents within the fifty (50) United States of America including the District of Columbia, at least eighteen (18) years or older, and maintain all other eligibility requirements as specified in these complete “Official Rules”. By participating in this promotion, each Entrant agrees to these “Official Rules” and to the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects.

Sponsor and its respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and respective officers, directors, employees or immediate family members (collectively, “Promotion Entities”) are ineligible to win any prize in the “Feed Your Stash Friday” Giveaway promotion.
The “Feed Your Stash Friday” Giveaway is a promotion scheduled to take place online only, sponsored by the Cloth Diaper Blog website (http://www.clothdiaperblog.com) (“Website”), via electronic entry.

Participating entries must be received by no later than the end of the “Promotion Period” date and time as indicated in the “Official Rules”. The Cloth Diaper Blog website’s database clock will serve as the sole and indisputable official time keeper for the “Feed Your Stash Friday” Giveaway time period as described in the “Official Rules”. All entries are deemed to be received by the Sponsor at the time of receipt into any third-party’s (including but not limited to the respective “Facebook” and/or “Twitter” company websites) database, and not at the time of transmission by any eligible “Facebook” and/or “Twitter” website User (“Entrant”). Proof of electronically entering information or entry submission to the respective “Facebook”, “Twitter” or Cloth Diaper Blog websites is not considered proof of delivery to, or receipt by, Sponsor. Cloth Diaper Blog maintains no responsibility for any unforeseen technical issues or technical problems, including but not limited to any potential server or database issues or site ‘downtime’ during periods wherein information may not be displayed, may not be continuously available for viewing, or may not be accepting electronic submission or entry at either the Cloth Diaper Blog website (http://www.clothdiaperblog.com) or for any third-party including (but not limited to) Cloth Diaper Blog-related pages at the respective Facebook or Twitter website(s).

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, the respective Facebook or Twitter companies.

Only human submission for entry is eligible in the “Feed Your Stash Friday” Giveaway promotion. Any actual or attempted use of any device or software or non-human means utilized to automate the entry process to or through the respective Cloth Diaper Blog, Facebook or Twitter websites, or utilized in efforts to increase odds of winning, or utilized for any other purpose and including (but not limited) to interference or disruption of this promotion or the Cloth Diaper Blog or third-party website is strictly prohibited and will result in both automatic disqualification and prosecution as allowed by full extent of law.

Accuracy of any provided information to Sponsor or in relation to the “Feed Your Stash Friday” Giveaway remains sole responsibility of the Entrant or User. True, accurate and verifiable information, including (but not limited to) contact information, physical address and telephone number, must be provided by User or Entrant to maintain eligibility in any promotion or to win and receive any Prize.

Any communication, data, or other information including photographic information transmitted by any participating registered Cloth Diaper Blog User (“Entrant”) in connection with the “Feed Your Stash Friday” Giveaway may be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary.

Entry in the “Feed Your Stash Friday” Giveaway Giveaway supercedes any listed or previous Cloth Diaper Blog Privacy Policy, and supercedes any written statement(s) at the Cloth Diaper Blog website or listed upon a third-party website, pertaining or relating to Cloth Diaper Blog Users and privacy. Any potential Winner of the “Feed Your Stash Friday” Giveaway may refuse acceptance of the Prize. Written refusal of the Prize, including but not limited to physical signature and statement of full release, shall serve as sole exception in which Cloth Diaper Blog, its affiliates, or its representatives, may choose not to utilize likeness of a User as described in the “Official Rules” for the the “Feed Your Stash Friday” Giveaway.

WINNER NOTIFICATION & RECEIPT: One (1) Grand Prize (“Prize”), as described in the Official Rules, will be issued to the winning Entrant (“Winner”) in respect to the “Feed Your Stash Friday” Giveaway. Under no circumstance will more than the one Prize be issued by Sponsor, or by any of its representatives or affiliates, in respect to this promotion. The potential Winner will be chosen at random through Sponsor’s sole election of service utilized, and name will be posted on Cloth diaper Blog’s home page sidebar on the following Thursday at 4;00 pm EST. Winner notification will not be sent via the platforms of either the respective Facebook or Twitter or sent via either third-party website.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Winner, or potential Winner, whom has not maintained eligibility requirement.

Prize Winner for the “Feed Your Stash Friday” Giveaway will be displayed on Cloth Diaper Blog.

Any Prize Winner of the “Feed Your Stash Friday” Giveaway is required to electronically respond to Cloth Diaper Blog within a maximum of thirty (7) calendar days following email notification by Sponsor. Winner’s full name, address and contact information and maintenance of Eligibility Requirements and of “Official Rules” is required and must be verifiable. Sponsor maintains no liability or responsibility for incorrect or incomplete information of any type as provided by Entrant to Sponsor, nor maintains liability of any type pertaining to lack of email notification receipt related to any other circumstance, including (but not limited to) SPAM filters or any software utilized by an Entrant.
In the event of any dispute related to identity of any User (“Entrant”) or potential Winner which cannot be resolved to Sponsor’s satisfaction, the participating entry and any related entry or entries for that User will be deemed ineligible for this “Feed Your Stash Friday” Giveaway promotion.

The Prize Winner of the “Feed Your Stash Friday” Giveaway must allow approximately 1-3 weeks, following verification for outgoing Prize shipment.

GENERAL PRIZE CONDITIONS: One (1) Grand Prize ( “Grand Prize”, “Prize”) is being distributed in the “Feed Your Stash Friday” Giveaway. Winner of any awarded Prize shall be solely responsible for all federal, state and/or local taxes, and for any other fees or costs associated with the Prize awarded. The Winner may also be required by Sponsor to execute documents including an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and where legal a Publicity Release (collectively, “Prize Claim Documents”). If a potential Winner does not fulfill or meet Eligibility Requirements as outlined in the “Official Rules”, including (but not limited to) those pertaining to minimum specified age and physical location of residence, a Prize being awarded may instead be awarded to another User (“Entrant”) chosen by Sponsor.

PRIZE & ODDS: One (1) Grand Prize ( “Grand Prize”, “Prize”) will be awarded for the “Feed Your Stash Friday” Giveaway. Although Prize varies from week to week, the general base retail value of the “Feed Your Stash Friday” Giveaways Prize is approximately $50. Winner is to be chosen at random and odds of winning the Prize for the “Feed Your Stash Friday” Giveaway depend on various factors including (but not limited to) the total number of Entrants of the promotion. Any Prize distributed in this promotion is non-negotiable, non-assignable and non-transferable. No cash alternative or prize substitution will be allowed except that Sponsor retains the right to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value or, at Sponsor’s sole election, the cash value of the applicable prize in the event that a stated prize is unavailable, in whole or in part, for any reason.

PRIZE LIABILITY: Sponsor maintains no liability in receipt or use of the indicated Prize/device. The prize is non-transferable and is not for sale to any minor or to any other person or entity. Any winning User (“Entrant”) who accepts and receives the prize does so knowingly, fully appreciating and accepting any actual or potential risk of death or injury that the Prize could possibly present. By accepting the prize, winner hereby releases Sponsor and any or all representatives or affiliates or third-party from any and all liability of any kind, including but not limited to injury or death, as a result of or arising from the acceptance, receipt, possession, use and/or misuse of the prize.

No software-generated or automated multiple entries for participation in the “Feed Your Stash Friday” Giveaway will be accepted. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual whom is suspected or found to be tampering with the entry process or operation of the “Feed Your Stash Friday” Giveaway or of the Cloth diaper Blog (or third-party) website, suspected or found to be acting in violation of these “Official Rules”, to be acting in an unsportsman-like or disruptive manner at sole discretion of Sponsor, to be acting with the intent to disrupt or undermine legitimate operation of the “Feed Your Stash Friday” Giveaway promotion, or to be annoying, abusing, threatening or harassing any other person or User in any manner. Sponsor additionally reserves the right to seek legal damages and other remedies, from any such person, to the fullest extent allowed by law.

At its sole discretion, Cloth Diaper Blog may prohibit any person or Cloth diaper Blog website User from participating in this “Feed Your Stash Friday” Giveaway promotion or participating in any future Cloth diaper Blog event or promotion if Cloth Diaper Blog has reason to believe that the User or Entrant has deliberately or repeatedly disregarded the “Feed Your Stash Friday” Giveaway Official Rules.

Cloth Diaper Blog, along with its agents and representatives, affiliates, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, and services or access provided via any third-party, are not responsible for and shall not be held liable for (1) late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, unintelligible or unreceived entries or submissions; (2) electronic, hardware or software program, network, internet, or computer malfunctions, server delays, failures, or difficulties of any kind including (but not limited to) those of third parties or providing third-party services; (3) failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions and/or electronic mail; (4) any condition caused by events beyond reasonable control of Cloth diaper Blog that may cause “Feed Your Stash Friday” Giveaway promotion entries to be disrupted, corrupted, or unreceived; (5) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the Prize or its acceptance, or from participation in the “Feed Your Stash Friday” Giveaway promotion; or (6) any human error or omission, or printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the “Feed Your Stash Friday” Giveaway promotion.

Cloth Diaper Blog, Facebook and Twitter are separate, respective websites/companies and maintain no association with one another. By participating in the “Feed Your Stash Friday” Giveaway promotion, each User or Entrant agrees to release and hold harmless the respective and separate companies of Cloth Diaper Blog, Facebook, and Twitter and also to release and hold harmless these companies, any employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives, any parent company or subsidiary, affiliates, advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies and legal advisors from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind in connection with the promotion or resulting from participation in or acceptance of any prize, including, without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy and without resort to any form of class action.

Cloth diaper Blog reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel the “Feed Your Stash Friday” Giveaway promotion at any time or for any reason, and without legal liability. Sponsor is not liable for any errors or omissions of the “Official Rules” and may additionally end promotion, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, related to any such occurrence.

GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION: By entering or participating in the “Feed Your Stash Friday” Giveaway, each User or Entrant agrees that: (i) the respective companies of Cloth Diaper Blog, Facebook, Twitter, and any other third-party are held harmless from any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the “Feed Your Stash Friday” Giveaway or any prizes awarded, without resort to lawsuit or any form of class action; (ii) in no event will attorneys’ fees be awarded or recoverable; and (iii) under no circumstances will any “User” or “Entrant” of the website(s) be permitted to obtain any award for, and entrant hereby knowingly and expressly waives all rights to seek, punitive, incidental or consequential damages and/or any other damages, and/or any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these “Official Rules” or the rights and obligations of Entrants or Winner, Sponsor, and any representatives, affiliates or promotion entities in connection with this promotion shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Virgnia without giving effect to any choice of law of conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause application of any other state’s laws.
