It is parent-led, but not so crazy as some of these "potty parties" I've been hearing about. We've been exposing our our (just turned) 2 year old to the potty since she was about 14 months old. She started going in the potty on rare occasions around 18 months, and now she pees in the potty all the time during the day. Naptimes, night time, and "number 2" are still in the learning stage, but I really like being down to 2 diapers per day! I really thought the book “Diaper Free Before 3″ was a great approach. Our daughter finally made the switch the day before her third birthday.
